The Ontario provincial course is fast approaching. This is an opportunity for all members of Jitsu Canada clubs to meet for a weekend of training and friendly competition. The event is open to everyone, from beginner to black belt. Several senior Jitsu Canada instructors will be teaching, and everyone will receive at least three hours of instruction per day, and have the opportunity to enter the competition.

New this year, we will be holding an individual demonstration (Gauntlet and 'V') competition. All members will have the opportunity to participate in 'V' and 'Gauntlets' judged by the various instructors. The winners in each category will advance to the finals on the Sunday. This will be an excellent chance to showcase your jiu jitsu skills.

Competition categories will be:

- Novice

- Yellow to Green

- Purple to Brown

- Black Belt
